If you suffer from diabetes, keeping an eye on the carbs is very important. This excellent app keeps track of what you eat, so you don’t go over your daily carb allowance. It also watches the calories, so you can lose weight as well as keep your blood sugar in check. By keeping tabs on what carbohydrates and calories you’ve already consumed, it can tell you how many more you can have that day.

If you have a minor health issue, Ask NHS lets you talk it through with a virtual nurse, either through voice chat or text entry. You can discuss your symptoms in complete confidence and also book appointments with your local NHS healthcare services. It should never be used as an alternative to seeking help from the professionals, but it’s great for pointing you in the right direction.

Swing Tennis Tracker

This one brings the iPhone and the Apple Watch into perfect sporting harmony. SitFit Exercise
